About the Role
This is an analyst role focused on hotel feasibility, underwriting, financial modeling, and market studies. You’ll evaluate new hotel opportunities, support deal execution, and provide insights that guide investment decisions.
What You Will Work On
Feasibility studies for hotel developments, acquisitions, conversions, and repositioning
Financial modeling, cash flow analysis, IRR, sensitivity scenarios, and underwriting assumptions
Hotel performance metrics : RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, GOP, NOI
Market research : comp sets, supply pipeline, demand generators, competitive mapping
Site selection research using demographic and location based data
Investment memos, development decks, and presentations for leadership
Due diligence including zoning, permits, regulatory requirements, and CapEx planning
Portfolio performance tracking and variance analysis
Collaboration across development, operations, finance, and asset management
What You Bring
Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
Experience in hotel analytics, real estate, consulting, finance, or development
Understanding of hospitality KPIs and underwriting fundamentals
Strong research skills with the ability to turn data into insights
Clean communication and presentation skills
Curiosity about hotel investments, development, and operations
Preferred Experience
Hotel feasibility experience or previous underwriting work
Exposure to STR, CoStar, HVS, or other hospitality research tools
Understanding of brand standards and PIP requirements
Degree in real estate, finance, economics, hospitality, or related fields
