Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Network Architect (L4) with 16+ years of experience in Data Center and Network Architecture, specializing in Cisco ACI fabric design, L2 / L3 fabric modernization, and large-scale data center transformation. The ideal candidate will architect ultra-low latency network solutions tailored for regulated financial environments, driving innovation, resilience, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ACI architecture, fabric design, migration, and multi-site deployments.
• Define ACI policy models, multi-tenancy, segmentation, and integrate with security and load-balancing ecosystems.
• Govern ACI lifecycle management, SDN roadmap, micro-segmentation strategy, and automation frameworks (Python / API / Ansible).
• Act as the final escalation point for critical network incidents in high-frequency trading environments.
• Ensure fabric resilience, disaster recovery design, zero-downtime change governance, and regulatory audit compliance.
• Collaborate with CIO, Cybersecurity, and Platform Heads to align network strategies with business continuity goals.
• Lead capacity planning, performance tuning, latency optimization, and proactive fault analytics using NAE / APIC insights.
• Engage with OEMs and stakeholders for technology refresh, RFP evaluations, and strategic network modernization initiatives.
• Mentor L2 / L3 operations teams, providing architectural direction and technical governance.
