RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Booking & Ticketing : Handle reservations, bookings, reissuance, and cancellations for both domestic and international flights.
- GDS Proficiency : Utilize GDS tools like Amadeus , Galileo , or Sabre for all booking, fare calculation, and routing tasks.
- Client Service : Provide clients with the best available routing and pricing options, ensuring timely issuance and delivery of all travel documents and e-tickets.
- Coordination & Problem-Solving : Coordinate with airlines and travel partners for smooth service delivery and resolve any ticketing or travel-related queries through email, phone, or chat.
- Compliance & Reporting : Maintain proper records of all bookings and client communication, ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance with company policies and airline fare rules.
