This is a stage that affects every woman, bringing with it more than 50 physical and emotional symptoms that often go unaddressed or misunderstood.

For too long, menopause has been surrounded by silence, stigma, and resignation.

Miror exists to change that — through science, technology, and empathy.

We’re building a FemTech ecosystem where women can access care, community, and credible information during one of the most transformative phases of life. Our mission is simple but bold : to make midlife a time to celebrate, not fear.

Over the last two years, Miror has become one of India’s fastest-growing communities for women’s health and wellness.

• Partnered with experts from the Indian Menopause Society , the State Government of Karnataka , and the National Health Mission .
• Built India’s largest digital menopause care community , impacting over 80,000 women through our online and offline initiatives.

• Launched industry-first programs, including :
• Tiara – India’s first rewards program for women in midlife.
• HRT Centre of Excellence – a pioneering platform driving awareness and access to Hormone Replacement Therapy.

• Symptom Tracker by Miror – an evidence-based tool to help women understand and manage their changing bodies.
