Technical Skills Gigya
- Hands-on experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems.
- Experience with Gigya / SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC) – including user identity management, authentication flow support, and access troubleshooting.
- Ability to handle admin activities, system monitoring, and integration health checks.
- Knowledge of web-based systems, REST APIs, and authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, JWT).
- Exposure to SaaS integrations and data flow troubleshooting.
- Consultant Tools Support
- Experience in PHP and WordPress
- Perform basic configuration, content management, and integration checks.
- Experience in SaaS-based tools like : Seismic (Sales enablement),
- Solution Tool (SaaS-based solution management)
