Role Overview

As a GSS Campaign Operations Associate (L2) , you will be at the heart of Amazon Prime Video’s campaign execution. The role involves working with marketing tools, workflows, and SOPs to ensure campaigns are built, tested, and delivered on time with the highest quality. You will also be expected to adapt quickly to new features, tools, and processes while maintaining strong attention to detail and operational discipline. This is a fast-paced, process-driven role with measurable impact on customer-facing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Delivery

• Build and execute campaigns for Amazon Prime Video in line with SOPs and workflows.
• Deliver campaigns on time, meeting productivity, SLA, and quality standards.
• Update workflow tools and trackers daily to ensure transparent progress tracking.
• Proactively alert managers / SMEs to potential risks, delays, or quality concerns.
