Operation Executive

Initiate outbound calls to drivers with negative / outstanding balance.

Explain the calculation of the outstanding amount and address related queries effectively.

Ensure meticulous and precise documentation of call records.

Achieve daily and weekly call targets, maintaining a minimum of 120 connected calls per day.

Conduct daily follow-ups with drivers to resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications :

Any diploma or degree will suffice.

Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
