Staff and team management : Supervise employees, create schedules, provide performance feedback, and handle disciplinary actions. Hiring and training : Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training new employees. Daily operations : Oversee daily workflow, delegate tasks, and ensure operational efficiency. Customer service : Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. Administrative and strategic support : Assist with budgets, report generation, inventory management, and implementing company policies. Managerial support : Act as a stand-in for the manager when they are absent and assist with their strategic initiatives.
