Job Description :

SaaS Logistic, LLC is a leading brokerage firm managing the transportation of vehicles on behalf of customers such as OEMs, auction houses, dealers, fleet companies, and financial institutions. We are expanding our operations team in India and are looking to hire motivated individuals for the roles of Associate.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for handling order management, quote management, CRM, accounts receivable, and customer acquisition using cold calls, texts, and emails. You will work remotely but operate according to the USA Eastern Time (ET) zone. This role offers growth opportunities and the chance to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and process orders and quotes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Effectively use CRM systems to manage customer interactions and sales pipelines.

Handle accounts receivable, invoicing, and follow-up for timely payments.

Perform customer acquisition via cold calling, emailing, and texting.

Collaborate with the U.S.-based team, ensuring alignment with operations.

Provide regular communication and updates to stakeholders.

Continuously seek to improve processes and contribute to company growth.

Key Requirements :

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.

Proficient in CRM systems and SaaS products.

Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken).

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and documentation.

High integrity, entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for learning.

Ability to work in the USA ET time zone.

Prior experience working in a reputed company in India is preferred.
