Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in PLC programming and troubleshooting. Strong understanding of automation systems and control theory. Proficiency in programming languages used in PLCs such as Ladder Logic, Structured Text, and Function Block Diagrams. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently as needed.
Description
We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate PLC Trainer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs focused on PLC systems, helping employees enhance their technical skills and knowledge in automation.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver PLC training programs to enhance the skills of employees.
- Conduct hands-on workshops and practical sessions for better understanding of PLC systems.
- Create training materials, manuals, and resources for participants.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest PLC technologies and incorporate them into training sessions.
