We are seeking an experienced and strategic Procurement Manager to lead and manage all procurement activities across the organization. This role is responsible for sourcing goods and services, negotiating with suppliers, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring cost-effective and timely procurement in alignment with company goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, excellent negotiation skills, and deep knowledge of procurement best practices.

Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Sourcing & Procurement :
Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company objectives.Identify, evaluate, and manage a reliable supplier base for raw materials, equipment, and services.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to achieve optimal value.Supplier Management :
Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors.Monitor supplier performance, quality, delivery timelines, and compliance with terms.Resolve supplier disputes and address any performance issues.Cost Management & Budgeting :
Monitor and control procurement budgets.Analyze market trends and commodity pricing to make informed purchasing decisions.Identify cost-saving opportunities through strategic sourcing, volume leverage, or process improvements.Process Optimization :
Develop and implement procurement policies, procedures, and best practices.Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.Continuously improve procurement workflows and systems for efficiency and transparency.Inventory & Logistics Coordination :
Work closely with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure materials are available when needed.Maintain optimal inventory levels without overstocking or understocking.Coordinate with finance and operations to align procurement with demand forecasts.Requirements : Education :
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.A master’s degree or professional certification (e.G., CIPS, CPM, CSCP) is an advantage.Experience :
Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.Proven experience in vendor negotiations, contract management, and strategic sourcing.Skills :
Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Solid understanding of supply chain and procurement software (e.G., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).Strong organizational and time-management skills.Working Conditions :
Office-based with occasional visits to suppliers or production facilities.May involve domestic or international travel, depending on supplier locations.
