This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in end-to-end recruitment and can manage multiple mandates simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment life cycle for internal roles across different functions and business units.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, define role specifications, and create effective hiring strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
- Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
- Coordinate interviews, manage feedback loops, and facilitate smooth onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and dashboards for regular updates.
- Ensure hiring timelines and targets are met consistently.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in HR / Corporate recruitment (end-to-end hiring within India).Strong ability to hire across various functions (tech, non-tech, operations, sales, etc.).Experience using job portals and ATS tools.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently in a remote setup.Flexible to work in evening shifts.What We Offer
