US Legal Recruiter
Key Responsibilities :
- Source candidates for legal professional roles using , Monster and Ceipal.
- Build strong pipelines through Boolean searches and creative sourcing.
- Pre-screen candidates and submit qualified profiles to recruiters.
- Track activity and maintain accurate data in Ceipal ATS.
- Collaborate with recruiters to meet client hiring goals and deadlines.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism with all candidate interactions.
