Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential clients in the USA market for staffing partnerships
Generate leads through online platforms, social media, job boards, and networking tools
Initiate contact via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to decision-makers
Understand client hiring needs and coordinate with the recruitment team to fulfill requirements
Maintain and update CRM with accurate sales activities and client information
Support senior BD team members in proposals, presentations, and client follow-ups
Achieve monthly / quarterly lead generation and business development targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any field (Freshers encouraged to apply)
Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
Confidence in making outbound calls and approaching new prospects
Strong internet research skills and proficiency with MS Office & Google Workspace
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a remote setup
Willingness to work Night Shift (US timings)
