With a strong customer base and growing digital presence, we are seeking a skilled Website & Ads Manager to enhance our online platforms, drive traffic, and

support overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Website Management

  • Manage, update, and optimize company websites (Shopify, WordPress).
  • Ensure smooth user experience, fast loading speed, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Implement SEO best practices, including on-page, off-page, and technical optimizations.
  • Should have knowledge of developing languages and designing software for functionality upgrades and improvements.

Digital Advertising & Campaigns

  • Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram),
  • YouTube Ads, and Google Ads.
  • Monitor and adjust campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on ad performance with actionable insights.
  • SEO & Content Optimization

  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Monitor organic traffic growth and improve search engine rankings, maintain blogs and
  • implement strategies to ensure smooth functionality in terms of UI / UX
  • Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance across multiple platforms using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta
  • Business Suite, and YouTube Studio.
  • Provide regular performance reports and recommend improvements.
  • Graphics & Creatives

  • Design and edit basic creatives for ads and website use (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools).
  • Collaborate with creative / design teams for advanced requirements.
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, IT, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in website handling and digital ads management.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify & WordPress.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console).
  • Proven track record in managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads campaigns.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic tools (Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator).
  • Knowledge of developing languages to ensure functionality upgrades.
  • Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
