Job Description

White River Ice Cream Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing FMCG company with a strong footprint in both B2B and B2C segments. We are on a strategic roadmap to go for an IPO within the next 3 years, and are looking for a highly capable Finance Manager to lead our financial planning, governance, and compliance functions.

The ideal candidate will take complete ownership of the company’s finance vertical — from building financial systems and reporting structures to supporting valuation, due diligence, and IPO-readiness. This is a core leadership role that will work directly with the Founder and senior leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business growth and IPO plans
  • Lead Budgeting, Forecasting, MIS, and long-term financial planning across manufacturing, retail, franchise, and agro verticals
  • Oversee Accounting, Taxation, GST / TDS, and ensure timely statutory compliance
  • Manage Cash Flow, Working Capital, and Fund Flow efficiently
  • Build strong financial controls, internal audit processes, and risk management systems
  • Prepare and review Monthly / Quarterly Financial Statements, Balance Sheets, P&L, and Cash Flow Reports
  • Coordinate with Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors, Company Secretary, Legal, and Banking Partners
  • Support leadership in investor reporting, valuations, due diligence, and IPO documentation
  • Implement ERP & financial reporting systems for scalability across units
  • Advise management on capital structuring, credit facilities, and fund utilization strategies

Requirements

  • 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts (FMCG / Manufacturing / Multi-unit business preferred)
  • In-depth knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, Company Law, and IPO regulatory frameworks
  • Proficiency in Tally / ERP, advanced Excel, and financial reporting tools
  • Prior experience with audits, financial due diligence, or investor processes is a strong advantage
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • CA Inter / MBA (Finance) / CMA / equivalent qualification preferred
