Tasks

Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of electrical and mechanical infrastructure projects to ensure they meet industry standards and project specifications.
Lead a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution and timely completion.
Coordinate with other departments, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate seamless project progress and address any technical challenges.
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources without compromising quality or safety standards.
Monitor and evaluate project performance, implementing necessary adjustments to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall project outcomes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

Minimum of 20 years of experience in managing large-scale electrical and mechanical infrastructure projects, preferably in the highway and bridge construction industry.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage multidisciplinary project teams and ensure timely project delivery.

Strong knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices in electrical and mechanical systems within construction projects.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and team members across various levels.
