About the Role :
- The Automation Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing low-code / no-code automation solutions to enhance customer experience, streamline communication workflows, and improve operational efficiency.
- The incumbent will report to the Development Manager. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team, and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities :
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse customer journeys and workflows, identifying inefficiencies and automation opportunities.Design and develop automation solutions using LCNC tools (e.g., Yellow.ai, Zoho Creator, Zapier, Make).Build workflows, configure interfaces, integrate data, and define business logic for scalable solutions.Automate customer support, onboarding, feedback, and personalisation to enhance customer experience.Implement communication automation across email, chatbots, social media, and internal channels.Integrate LCNC solutions with CRMs, helpdesk software, marketing platforms, and databases using APIs and connectors.Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure reliability and adherence to business requirements.Document automated processes and deliver training to users and citizen developers.Monitor performance of automations and drive continuous optimisation and expansion.Establish and promote best practices in LCNC development, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.Stay updated on LCNC tools, trends, and AI / ML innovations for enhanced automation strategies.Key Result Areas :

Educational Qualification / Other Requirement :
Bachelor’s degree (Stream will be preferred - Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field)Minimum 3+ years of experience in automation roles with a focus on LCNC platformsProven track record in designing and implementing customer experience / communication automationsStrong process analysis and workflow design skillsProficiency in LCNC tools (e.g., Yellow.ai, Zoho Creator, Zapier)Good understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and database managementBasic JavaScript knowledge for custom LCNC logic (preferred)Experience with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Marketing Automation (e.g., Pardot, Marketo) platforms is desirableBenefits
