We are remote‑first and globally distributed. Interviews and onboarding are entirely virtual. Candidates must have the right to work where they reside and be able to overlap at least 4 hours with UTC+5 : 30 working hours.

The Impact You’ll Make

You will design and ship end-to-end product features across the stack - Next.Js on the frontend and NestJS on the backend - while mentoring teammates, shaping hiring standards, and raising engineering craftsmanship. You will also act as an early technical advocate in the Women in Tech program : mentor juniors, run knowledge-sharing sessions, and help shape inclusive hiring and onboarding practices.

What you’ll do

• Design & build scalable web applications using Next.Js (SSR / SSG, routing, performance) and NestJS (modular architecture, dependency injection).
• Own features end‑to‑end : database schema, business logic, API design, UI / UX, CI / CD, and production rollout.
• Integrate with REST & GraphQL APIs, third‑party services (Stripe, Firebase, etc.), and internal micro‑services.
• Write clean, maintainable, well‑tested code with TypeScript, leveraging unit, integration, and e2e tests.
• Profile & optimize performance across client and server, ensuring sub‑second page loads and mobile friendliness.
• Automate delivery via GitLab pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure‑as‑code (Terraform / Pulumi).
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and architecture discussions.
• Collaborate remotely with Product, Design, and Growth teams to convert vision into shippable increments.
