Job Description

Experienced SAP HCM Consultant who specializes in customized business process requirements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the following areas : Key Responsibilities :

1. Defined Work Schedule / Shift Roster

2. Time constraints

3. How do you manage Absence / Attendance for paid and unpaid.

4. Absence Valuation Process

5. How do you approach Time Evaluation and benefits

6. Time Schema / PCR - scenario's

7. CATS - Experience

8. Overtime / Shift scenario's

9. Experience in Time interface i.e., Time machine (clock in / out)

10. Integration time with payroll and other cross functional (PS / MM / PP)

Personnel Administration (PA) : Managing employee data, including hiring, promotions, transfers, and terminations.

Mandatory Skills

As per client requirement need candidate with Strong experience(preferable min 8-10 years) in time Management
