Job Description

Focused and wide range of experience in robotics in manufacturing industry.
Perform the design and development of programs for various applications like MIG welding (Aluminum

& Steel), TIG welding, specific projects and initiatives.

Hands on experience on various robots such as Fanuc, ABB, Yaskawa, KUKA, OTC.

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.

Optimize arc stability, penetration, and bead quality by adjusting Fronius settings.

Test and refine welding paths for efficiency and repeatability.

Integration with servo pack

Requirements

Qualification

Minimum : Diploma in mechanical, mechatronics, or electrical & Electronics engineering.

Preferred : Tool design engineering or related specialization.

Experience

Minimum : 2-3 years’ experience in welding robotics at engineering or supervisory level in industries

having robotics application.

Preferred : Experience in aluminum & Steel (MS) fabrication industry, and exposure to SAP.
