Job description

As a Devops Engineer at Torry Harris, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining automated processes for our cloud-based applications and infrastructure.

You will work closely with our development and operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient deployment and management of our cloud services.

Qualification :

5+ years of hands-on experience in taking requirements and designing, architecting, and implementing scalable and robust solutions.
Proven success in building frameworks and products.
3+ years of experience working with modern programming languages like Typescript, Java, Node.js, Python
3+ years of experience with agile methodologies and best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
2+ years of experience with cloud technologies (AWS experience is a plus).
Familiarity with CI / CD practices and tools.
Experience with serverless technologies (such as AWS Lambda, API Gateway) is a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Work closely with lead engineers to help shape architectural decisions and build robust solutions.

Develop patterns, services, tools, frameworks, APIs, and capabilities across the full stack and in AWS to enhance developer productivity with a security-first approach.

Create reusable components and microservices to power our self-service portal.

Implement patterns, services, tools, frameworks, APIs, and capabilities across AWS to promote developer productivity and ensure security.

Contribute to our CI / CD platform on AWS, focusing on streamlining the path to production.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders and present your work clearly.

Mandatory Skills :

AWS Cloud Technologies CICD, Devops, jenikins, gitlab Terraform Aws Cloudformation Amazon Cloudwatch kubernetes Agile Methodoligies Java / Nodejs / Python / Typescript
