Systems Analyst Internship

Job descriptionWork closely with business and project teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Assist in creating and managing user stories, process flows, and other functional documentation. Develop wireframes and visual documentation to clarify requirements and enhance communication with stakeholders. Perform data analysis and provide actionable insights for product and process improvements. Prepare and deliver client presentations and demos, showcasing project insights and progress. Support the QA team by designing and executing basic test cases and documenting bugs for resolution. Contribute to both quality improvement and business analysis processes, adding value to project development and client communications. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking ability. Self-motivated, with the capability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic knowledge of business analysis concepts, including user stories, acceptance criteria, backlogs, and wireframing. Familiarity with AI tools, chatbots, and data visualization or BI tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) is a plus. Basic understanding of QA tools and methodologies; experience with version control (e.g., Git) is beneficial. Exposure to project development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is preferred. Basic programming knowledge (e.g., Java, JavaScript) is beneficial. Strong presentation skills and the ability to deliver clear demos and insights to clients and stakeholders.

Eligibility : Open to candidates with a passion for learning about business analysis, quality assurance, and project development methodologies.
Work Location : Bangalore (Remote)
Duration : 2 Months
Stipend : Unpaid
Outcome : At the end of the two-month internship, there will be a review. Based on your performance and final evaluations, you may have the opportunity to join us as a full-time employee.
Learning Opportunities :
