Job descriptionReview monthly Colo vendor reports. Performance scorecard review for EVM for high-rise and enterprise critical facilities Annual review of Vendor Level Risk Assessment (VLRA) with EVM Coordinate facility’s critical events, eg Loss of Utility Test (LOUT) Review and update annual BIA, BRP, TRP and TPI documentations. BRP team’s co-ordinations BRP update and submission. Support internal, external and regulatory audits – data collection and reviews. Annual Facility Risk Assessment (FRA) review Needs to know python to support some of the existing automation Improve operations by developing new automation At least 5 years of relevant Data Centre Operations Experience Minimum 1-2 years of leadership experience managing Data Centre Operations Team Good knowledge of data centre facilities (power, cooling, access controls, utilities, etc) Possess background / past experience in Python programming or automation Experience with vendor management, SLA tracking, and compliance reviews Past Data Centre experience in the financial / banking domain will be an advantage but not necessary

We are looking to hire a Data Centre Operations Lead in Mumbai to support our client, a top global investment bank. The candidate should have background in Python programming / automation to be able to support automation efforts in streamlining and improving operations.

Support and Manage APAC DCS Operations team :
- Support Change and Incident Routines
- Provide Access Reviews and Controls
- Drive deliverable and SLA with Managed Service entities
- Routine visits to the data hall
