About the Role

We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to support our recruitment and people operations. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who want practical exposure to HR in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and publish job posts on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards
• Review applications and shortlist candidates as per defined criteria
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and internal teams
• Maintain recruitment trackers and documentation
• Assist in onboarding activities and communication with selected candidates
• Contribute ideas to improve hiring processes
