Location : Chanakyapuri, New Delhi

No. of Position : 2

Educational Qualification

  • Option 1 : Engineering Degree in Computer Science / Electronics / Telecommunication / IT with minimum 3 years of experience
  • OR
  • Option 2 : BCA / B.Sc.-IT / B.Sc. (Computers) with minimum 5 years of experience

Technical Experience

  • Minimum 2 years in :
  • Windows / Linux System Administration
  • Configuration, patching, operations, and day-to-day management
  • Experience in :
  • Implementing, managing, and troubleshooting Container Security Solutions
  • Working with SIEM , Vulnerability Management , and Patch Management Solutions
  • Must hold valid OEM certification for the offered container security solution

    • Roles & Responsibilities

    The Resident Engineer will be responsible for :

  • Installation, configuration, and maintenance of all security solutions (physical / virtual)
  • Patch management , upgrades, and fixes
  • Integration with CI / CD pipelines for DevSecOps
  • Support for performance, health checks, and complex operational / security issues
  • Migration from proprietary / closed source to OSS tools
  • Monitoring and administration of all offered solutions
  • Support to application teams for resolving security concerns and OSS vulnerabilities
  • Conducting technical sessions and hands-on training for developers
  • Onboarding support for legacy and new-age applications
  • Guidance for deployment across environments (Dev, UAT, Staging, Production)
  • Use of ITSM tools for approvals and task tracking
  • Expert troubleshooting on demand
  • Hands-on sessions post onboarding
  • Any other related tasks as required
