Experience : 10+ years in Project Management

Qualification : M.Tech or MBA

Domain Expertise : Banking / Fintech with exposure to Government or Public-Sector projects

Key Skills & Responsibilities :

Strong experience in SDLC

Proven success in delivering large-scale Banking / Fintech projects

Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills

Expertise in payments, lending workflows, API integrations, and regulatory compliance

Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and handling project budgets

Excellent communication and planning abilities

Certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, Agile / Scrum are a plus

Proficiency with tools like MS Project, JIRA, Confluence
