About the Team : Instamart is building the convenience grocery segment in India. We offer more than 30000 + assortments / products to our customers within 10-15 mins. We are striving to augment our consumer promise of enabling unparalleled convenience by making grocery delivery instant and delightful. Instamart has been operating in 90+ cities across India and plan to expand to a few more soon. We have seen immense love from the customers till now and are excited to redefine how India shops.

To support in end to end packaging development & quality for private labels across the range of FMCG products as well as look after new packaging initiatives for key business categories, with an overall objective of supporting the categories in achieving their business plan. Job would also involve participation in ideation and conceptualization of new

packaging solutions.

Key Focus Area Being

Operation : -

• To Drive the Development Projects Individually and to deliver the outcomes within the timelines
• To Develop New Packaging vendors Pan India for all the Packaging types
• To Develop Industry Best PM within target costings & desirable aesthetics
• Regular benchmarking of key competition packaging to understandcompetitiveness.
• Support in estimation of cost & Shelf life for various options of new pack / pack change.
• Development & approval of KLDs for various options.
• Arranging sample lot of packaging materials for quality assessment.
• Supporting brand teams in artwork development.
• Approving artworks and prepress files.
• Coordinating with vendors for development of jobs & Online approval ofjobs.
• Development of packaging specifications for various packaging formats ofthe given product.
• Shade card management.
• Supporting packaging related troubleshooting both in factory as well as inmarket.
• Data analysis skills are required to understand to analyze the packagingrelated complaints.
• Presentation skill is required to present the data & packaging relatedactivities to the key stakeholders.
