• BOQ Preparation
• Electrical Estimation
• Project Electrical load calculations
• Electrical work Techno commerical camprison for work order allotment
• Regular Follow-up : Following up with purchase, contract, and BOQ teams for BOQ additions, material additions and work allotment in the system.
• Electrical Material finalization & Techno commercial comparison for purchase order allotment.
• Electrical BOQ. Rate analysis, Qty ve fication, Value Engineering & Rate negotiations.
• site visit & coordination with project team to check and execute electrical works building internal 1)Slab conduting 2)Wall conduting & switch board fixing 3)Internal wiring 4)Switch plate fixing & final testing 5) Development & landscape electrical installation 6) Substation transformer, ring main unit, Feeder pillar, Distribution panel, Auto change over panel & rooftop solar PV system installations, testing & power supply charging Coordinating with Architect ,MEP consultants, landscape consultant for project designing in the early stages.
• Regular Follow-up to complete the work on target dates for electrical contractor, vendor for electrical installations, CCTV system, LV system
• Assisting HOD to documentation / applications for MSEDCL new meter connections and client name changes offline & online process on MSEDCL portal.
• MSEDCL new meter connections online payment processing in our system as well as MSEDCL firm quotation online payment processing by MSEDCL portal.
• All projects Monthly MSEDCL construction meter electricity bill processing for payment.
• Ensuring Electrical Work Quality Compliance : Ensuring Electrical Work Safety Compliance : Electrical System Handover Documentation : Preparing documentation for the handover of electrical systems to facilities and societies. Electrical System Handover : Handing over electrical systems to facilities and societies with induction, demo, and operations. After Possessions Client Complaint Resolution : Attending to and resolving client complaints after possession.
• Coordinating with the maintenance team to resolve challenging electrical problems in all handed-over proper including the head office.

Qualification : BE Electrical
