What You’ll Do

Source and close candidates for

full-time, contract, Upwork, and Fiverr

roles.

Evaluate candidates through structured first-level interviews.

Track every stage — from sourcing to joining — with accuracy and speed.

Maintain up-to-date dashboards and weekly hiring trackers.
