About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative with strong communication and client-handling skills to manage new leads in the migration sector. The ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge of Australian visa services, including partner visas, parent visas, temporary visas, permanent visas, and GSM visas. This role also requires leadership skills, as the representative will oversee and guide a team of three administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle and convert new leads into clients through effective consultation and communication.
• Provide accurate information on migration pathways, including partner, parent, temporary, permanent, and GSM visas.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Manage, mentor, and supervise three admin staff to ensure smooth operations and productivity.
• Collaborate with management to achieve sales targets and business growth.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of migration services, policies, and procedures.
