Roles and Responsibility
- Assist the Chef de Partie in planning and preparing high-quality dishes.

- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to enhance the dining experience.
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing resources.
Job Requirements
Proven experience as a Commi-I or similar role in a professional kitchen setup.Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and menu planning.Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring memorable dining experiences.
