QS & Costing Engineer – Interior Fit-out

Job descriptionMonitor budgets, control costs, and ensure financial discipline Prepare cost plans, cash flows, and financial reports Build and manage a robust vendor / supplier network Procure quality materials at the best price and ensure timely delivery Handle contract negotiations, change orders, and claims Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations Measure and quantify materials, labor, and equipment Support pricing and estimation for project tenders Conduct regular site visits to track progress and resolve issues Submit timely cost and progress reports to management Identify cost-saving strategies without compromising quality Develop mitigation plans for cost-related project risks Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field 3–5 years of hands-on experience in interior fit-out projects Strong command over AutoCAD , MS Excel , SketchUp , V-Ray , and QS software Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills Familiarity with local vendor ecosystem and procurement cycle Own vehicle for site commute is a must

The ideal candidate should be skilled in cost estimation, tendering, procurement, and vendor management to ensure flawless project execution within budget and timelines.
