Job descriptionRegularly assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and examinations. Provide constructive feedback to students to help improve their academic performance. Mentor and support students in preparing for board examinations and competitive tests. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance. Manage classroom resources effectively and ensure a disciplined learning environment. Collaborate with fellow teachers to align teaching strategies and share best practices. Participate actively in faculty meetings, school events, and parent-teacher interactions. Stay updated with changes in the CBSE syllabus and advancements in teaching methodologies. Attend workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance teaching skills. Master's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field. Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from a recognized institution (mandatory). Certification or professional development training in CBSE curriculum delivery is an advantage. Proven experience as a PGT in Commerce, preferably within the CBSE framework.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Commerce to join our esteemed institution.
