Job Summary

We are hiring a  Senior AI / ML Engineer  with strong expertise in  LLMs, Generative AI, and machine learning  to build intelligent, production-ready AI systems and conversational bots. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with modern AI techniques, model training, problem-solving, and building production-ready systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.
• Work with large datasets for training, validation, and testing.
• Develop scalable ML pipelines and APIs.
• Deploy models into production using standard engineering practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, leadership).
• Design and build  AI-powered bots  using LLMs and GenAI frameworks.
• Develop, fine-tune, and optimize  large language models  for various conversational and analytical tasks.
• Perform research and stay updated with the latest AI advancements.
• Maintain documentation, model performance metrics, and ensure continuous improvements.

Educational Qualification

o Computer Science

o Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning

o Data Science

o Engineering (CSE / ECE / IT)

o Or an equivalent strong academic background
