Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Consultant to support multiple account implementations, resolve technical issues and provide resolution.
- Key Responsibilities :
- Resolve technical support requests for clients.
- Troubleshoot Cloud UAT environment-related technical issues.
- Develop tools to reduce technical issues.
- Maintain knowledge base articles and FAQs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer feedback and improve product quality.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications :
Preferred Skills : Strong problem-solving skills, good debugging skills, and hands-on experience with technical details. The Technical Consultant should have experience in technically mentoring and guiding new team members.
