What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a seasoned HR Manager who can lead strategic and operational HR functions across our plants and corporate office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-growth, process-driven, and people-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition for technical and leadership roles
• Drive performance management, employee engagement & retention
• Oversee industrial relations and HR compliance
• Manage HR audits, ISO documentation & statutory processes
• Implement HR digitalization and best practices

✅ Desired Profile

MBA in HR from a reputed institute

12+ years in HR leadership roles (preferably in manufacturing)

Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws & HRMS tools

Excellent leadership, communication & stakeholder skills
