You wake up in the morning and make yourself some coffee, the coffee beans were imported from abroad and came to the US through official channels that had to go through customs and duties, then it had to be verified that it met the health code from the Food and Drug Administration. Then another government agency verifies that the price set to purchase these coffee beans were not anti-competitive, it was sent to the grocery store in trucks that was governed by the transportation department and finally you purchased it most likely with a credit card that was governed under the laws of the Federal Reserve .

Now let's say you want to start a coffee business, you and only you in the world know the best way to make coffee beans that will truly revolutionize how we do this. But given the above steps do you know how you will get your product to market? You will have to go ahead and find an advisor, lawyer, accountant and every kind of specialist to make sure you go through the correct channels to get your product to market. We agree that government regulation is required to ensure consumers are protected but at the same time there needs to be a balance so as to not stifle innovation. We have seen the effects on those economies where too much regulation completely rooted out any kind of innovation because it was too cumbersome to make anything new.

Thus, with Bizora our goal is not limited to providing assistance with tax compliance but helping businesses succeed by making sure a person starting a business in their bedroom has all the tools needed to go from idea to market without having to jump through so many hoops. Job Location :  India (Remote)

Job Responsibilities :

GenAI Development : Design, develop, and deploy scalable GenAI solutions. Build and optimize GenAI pipelines, implement diverse evaluation techniques, enhance model accuracy, and develop agentic workflows to improve automation and efficiency.

End-to-End System Design : Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable software solutions. This includes architecting frontend components in React.js, developing business logic in Python, managing data interactions, and integrating APIs.

API and Microservices Architecture : Architect and implement robust, well-documented RESTful APIs. Break down complex systems into modular, scalable microservices that can be efficiently maintained and extended.

Database Management and Security : Oversee database administration tasks, including optimization, backup strategies, and security. Implement encryption, role-based access control, and auditing to ensure data security and regulatory compliance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with the CEO, CTO to create solutions that meet user requirements, ensuring alignment on technical specifications and project timelines.

Technical Problem Solving : Analyze complex technical problems and provide solutions that optimize for both performance and scalability. Contribute to architectural decision-making and system design for the broader engineering team.

Continuous Improvement and R&D : Experiment with and implement the latest advancements in development frameworks, cloud services, and AI tools to keep our platform innovative and competitive.

Agile Development : Operate within an agile workflow, maintaining flexibility to shift priorities and meet project timelines while delivering high-quality code.

Clear communicator capable of expressing complex ideas and executing them effectively.

Enjoys tackling real-world problems and navigating uncharted technical areas.

Strong sense of ownership, able to lead and guide teams to reach impactful solutions.

Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent.

Having experience in AI or LLM-related projects will be a huge plus.

Experience with fintech, tax, and accounting software is excellent to have.
