Role details :
To ensure seamless execution of EPC projects by integrating project planning, site coordination, and commercial control with strong focus on contractual compliance, timely invoicing, account receivables, and project profitability achieving timely, cost-effective, and risk-managed delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor detailed project schedules using Primavera / MS Project
- Coordinate with site, engineering, procurement, and logistics teams to align execution with plans
- Act as site coordinator between client, subcontractors, and HO teams
- Prepare & submit client bills, RA bills, and ensure timely certification and collections of account receivables
- Manage subcontractor billing, work measurement, and back-to-back contractual compliance
- Review and interpret Incoterms, payment terms, delivery clauses, and Liquidated Damages (LDs) in contracts and ensure compliance
- Track project profitability, cost variances, and recovery from clients ;
initiate corrective actions for overruns
Identify risks, delays, and recommend mitigation actionsEnsure strict compliance with project contract conditions, including claims, LDs, and commercial negotiationsTrack project budgets, cash flows, and resource utilization;highlight gaps in profitability
Generate MIS reports, dashboards, cash-flow trackers, and S-curves for management reviewsSupport project managers in client meetings, audits, and commercial negotiationsEnsure adherence to ISO, statutory, safety, and environmental standards.Experience
3–6 years in EPC turnkey project execution, planning, and commercial coordination for Steel, Cement, Power, Boiler, or Material Handling sectors
