Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Executive based in Panchkula. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for daily tasks such as lead generation, customer support, and sales. Tasks include making outbound calls to potential customers, following up on leads, providing detailed information about our products, and assisting customers with inquiries. The role involves maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating the CRM system.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication skills
• Proficient in Customer Service and Customer Support
• Experience in Lead Generation and Sales
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
