Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic professional to join our Marketing team. The role involves end-to-end coordination of supply chain activities for E-Com and Q-Com partners, ensuring smooth operations, timely deliveries, and stock accuracy across CFAs and distribution points.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily supply chain operations and ensure seamless deliveries to E-Com & Q-Com platforms against Purchase Orders (POs).
- Coordinate with CFAs, distributors, and Q-Com points of contact for order execution.
- Ensure OTIF (On Time in Full) delivery rate, stock accuracy, and product availability.
- Oversee SKU-wise stock planning across CFAs.
- Handle reporting, documentation, and portal management for E-Com & Q-Com operations.
- Maintain day-to-day coordination with internal teams (planning, logistics, finance, etc.) and external stakeholders.
- Support in process improvement initiatives to strengthen supply chain efficiency.
