Software Engineer II [T500-19421]

Key Responsibilities :

Contribute to the delivery of complex solutions, coding larger features from start to finish

Actively participate in planning, and performing code and architecture reviews of their team’s product

Help ensure the quality and integrity of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for their team and identify opportunities for improvement in how the team works, through usage of recommended tools and practices

Develop and maintain automated UI and end-to-end tests for React Native mobile and React web applications

Create reusable, maintainable, and scalable test frameworks using modern automation tools

Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and QA team members to understand requirements, acceptance criteria, and edge cases

Integrate automated tests into CI / CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins)

Debug and troubleshoot test failures; identify root causes and communicate issues to engineering teams

Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and QA process improvement initiatives

Ensure consistent execution of tests across environments (staging, pre-prod, production)

Contribute to test data management and environment setup as part of test planning

Requirements :

4+ years of relevant professional experience with a bachelor's degree OR equivalent. Including :

3+ years of experience with mobile platforms (Android / iOS), build systems (Gradle, Xcode, Cocoa Pods), and automation tools (Appium, Detox, Fastlane)

3+ years of professional experience in manual testing for mobile and web applications

2+ years of proven experience in build test frameworks (functional, non-functional) development

2+ years of experience in authoring test strategies for large enterprises and implementation of test data definitions

3+ years of experience with automation testing technologies like Selenium, Detox, Jest, Mocha, WebDriver IO, etc.

2+ years of experience with

cloud-based CI / CD platforms

like Jenkins, GitHub Actions for mobile apps

2+ years of experience working with Git, release branches, version control, and automated build tools

Strong technical background in

mobile and web test automation ,

release engineering , and

CI / CD pipelines

Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver high-quality apps at scale

Strong project management, stakeholder communication, and coordination skills

Excellent communication skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams

Preferred :

1+ years of Mobile App development experience with React Native

1+ years of web development experience with React

Experience working with mocking libraries for React and React Native applications
