Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Work independently and take complete ownership of development and design activities for assigned features and enhancements
• Work with business teams to translate the requirements into functional and performance requirements for the platform and building technical solutions
• Design and implement solutions within a test driven-development programming environment.
• Create and maintain proper documentation throughout the software development life cycle
• Act as a technical mentor and coach to less experienced developers
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Work in a fast paced, collaborative team environment using agile methodology principles.
