Talent Acquisition & Recruitment : Manage the HR recruitment team , oversee job postings on job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.) , and ensure timely hiring.
Payroll & HRMS Management : Oversee payroll processing, salary structures, and HRMS application implementation and maintenance.
Performance & Employee Engagement : Implement performance appraisal systems , foster a positive work culture, and drive employee engagement initiatives.
Training & Development : Assess training needs and implement relevant employee development programs.
People Management : Lead and mentor HR team members, handle employee relations , resolve conflicts, and manage disciplinary actions.
