🚫 No night shifts for females

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing travel agents / suppliers / internal calls.Handle email communication with travel agents / suppliers / internal staffHelp Travel agent / internal staff for booking-related queries, amendments and escalations. Provide technical support to travel agents and resolve operational issues.Thorough understanding of the portal for the hotel product and ancillary services.Coordinate with suppliers for Confirmation, amendments, complaints, escalations.Negotiate best terms with suppliers for agent escalation cases.Handling pending / failed bookings and ensuring conversions.Provide best-in-class quantitative and qualitative service to travel agents.Other potential work engagements as decided by the Company.Required Qualifications
1-5 years of operations experience in the travel distribution industry.Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is desirable.Prior experience in the travel industry, especially in operations or customer care roles.Preferred Skills
Good communication skills (both verbal and written), with proficiency in English and Hindi.Ability to work across all shifts and days as needed.Excellent time management skills.Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing work demands.Strong attention to detail with exceptional follow-up skills.Proven customer service skills, particularly in resolving issues effectively.Creative problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges.
