Job Summary / Objective :

As an HR & Generalist, you will gain hands-on experience across multiple domains, including HR

activities, accounting, sales support, and general administrative tasks. This role is designed to give you a

holistic view of business operations while working closely with our founder to understand the intricacies of

running a fast-paced startup. Your contributions will directly impact our organizational growth and help

streamline various functions.

Responsibilities :

  • HR Activities : Assist in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance appraisals,

and maintaining HR records.

  • Employee Relations : Act as a point of contact for employee queries and help foster a positive work
  • culture.

  • Training & Development : Support training initiatives and help organize employee development
  • programs.

  • Accounting Support : Handle basic accounting tasks such as invoice management, financial
  • documentation, and assisting with monthly financial reports.

  • Sales Assistance : Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, create pitch decks, and
  • support sales strategies.

  • Founder Assistance : Work closely with the founder on strategic projects, scheduling, research, and
  • other business-related tasks.

  • Administrative Tasks : Manage day-to-day office operations, coordinate meetings, and ensure
  • smooth workflow across departments.

    Requirements :

    MBA students or recent graduates with a passion for HR and business operations.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Basic understanding of HR practices, sales, and accounting principles.

    Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

    Proactive, self-motivated, and a quick learner with a desire to grow in a startup environment.
