Responsibilities

User Experience (UX)

Knows about designing user-centric workflows, wireframes, and prototypes for the platform's key features.
Conduct user research to identify pain points, behaviors, and preferences.
Optimize the user journey to ensure a seamless and intuitive experience for all users.

User Interface (UI)

Have knowledge on Creating high-fidelity, pixel-perfect designs that reflect modern aesthetics while being functional and accessible.

Ensure consistency across devices with responsive and adaptive designs.

Enhance engagement through interactive elements and well-thought-out animations.

Collaboration

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to align design with project goals and technical feasibility.

Provide detailed design specifications and assets to ensure smooth development handoff.

Work with branding teams to maintain visual consistency across all aspects of the platform.

Qualifications and Skills

Experience

6 months - 1 year of experience in UX / UI design.

Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating visually stunning and intuitive interfaces.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

Good knowledge in prototyping and interaction tools such as InVision, Principle, or Framer.

Fair understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.

Soft Skills

Strong problem-solving abilities with a user-first mindset.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
