Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Salesperson located in Hyderabad. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market conditions. Additionally, the role involves negotiating deals, preparing contracts, and guiding clients through the real estate process from start to finish.
Qualifications
Real Estate Knowledge (Hyderabad's Market)
Experience in Real Estate Sales (5+ Years)
Excellent Customer Service skills
Strong understanding of the local real estate market
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Proficiency in using real estate software and tools (Preferably Hubspot)
MBA Degree holders preferred
