About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Warehouse Manager to oversee and optimize end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in material handling, inventory management, and supply chain coordination to ensure smooth, cost-effective, and timely flow of goods across multiple warehouses and distribution centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the flow of materials, machineries, and information across the supply chain.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless production support and on-time delivery.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to streamline operations and reduce overall costs.
• Supervise transportation activities including route planning, carrier selection, and freight cost settlement.
• Collaborate with vendors and 3PL service providers to enhance supply chain efficiency.
• Oversee daily operations of warehouses, stockyards, and distribution centers including receiving, stocking, packaging, and shipping.
• Manage multi-location inventory levels and sales order processing.
• Regularly monitor and reduce obsolete / inactive inventory to optimize storage utilization.
• Handle quotations, rate negotiations, and finalization of contracts with logistics service providers.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports and dashboards related to material and inventory management.
• Prepare annual budgets and ensure cost control measures.
• Enforce compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in logistics operations.
