Role Overview Seeking an elite Purchase Manager to lead international procurement, strengthen supplier networks, and ensure seamless product availability across high-demand categories.

About the Company A fast-growing UK-based distributor specializing in premium beauty, cosmetics, skincare, haircare, and perfumery. The company sources authentic, branded products from trusted European and global suppliers to serve top retailers and wholesalers.

Key Responsibilities Drive global supplier sourcing (EU / UK / International) for premium beauty and cosmetic brands.

Lead negotiations on pricing, MOQs, payment terms, and logistics.

Oversee purchase orders, stock planning, and on-time replenishments.

Ensure authenticity checks, compliance, and documentation accuracy.

Collaborate with UK teams for demand planning and fulfilment.

Maintain organized vendor lists, pricing sheets, and purchase records.

Requirements 4–8 years of procurement experience (beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, or retail preferred).

Strong vendor development and negotiation capabilities.

Experience in international sourcing is an advantage.

Excellent analytical and Excel / Sheets skills.

Detail-oriented, organized, and effective communicator.

Comfortable coordinating with UK business hours.
